  • FINANCIAL REPRESENTATIVE
    Your Financial Representative is often referred to as the ‘quarterback’ of the process. The Financial Representative will be the primary educational contact with the plan participants and will meet periodically to provide information that will help the Plan Sponsor meet their obligations to your employees.

  • RECORDKEEPING SERVICES
    Recordkeeping services embody the delivery of the participant experience. This includes web and voice account access, participant statements and the ability to make changes to their accounts. Recordkeeping is provided in conjunction with the administrative services.


  • COMPLIANCE ADMINISTRATION
    The retirement plan industry is complex and has many rules and regulations. The TPA firm truly understands the regulations & market trends. The TPA is responsible for assisting with the administration and compliance testing of your plan. They deliver compliance services to you in an easy to understand manner and will consult with you on the testing results.

  • SETTLEMENT & CLEARING
    The benefit of open architecture is the ability to utilize funds from various mutual fund families. There is not one fund family that can boast the best fund in each asset class. In open architecture fund inclusion is based on the individual merit of each fund. Settlement & Clearing is at the core of open architecture and is the technology that affords same-day exchanges between each separate fund complex.

  • RD MANAGEMENT TEAM
    The Management team has overall responsibility for client satisfaction, product development / initiatives and Quality Assurance.

  • CLIENT RELATIONSHIP ADMINISTRATORS
    The CRA is the day to day contact with you. They facilitate all activity and requests and ensure our service standards are met or exceeded. The CRA is charged with the responsibility to ensure that your needs, along with your participants, are satisfied.

  • OPERATIONS SPECIALIST
    The Operations Specialist are involved with the trading and reconciliation processes within RD. RD reconciles both cash and units on a daily basis.

  • 401K TECHNICIANS
    The 401k Technicians have responsibility related to processing. This includes but is not limited to contributions, loan repayments, new loans and distributions. They also get involved in loading census data and other assignments.

  • COMPLIANCE GROUP
    The compliance group specialize in the regulatory aspects of the retirement plan industry including but not limited to: adp/acp, top heavy, annual addition, coverage testing, and IRS 5500 form preparation.

  • CONVERSION GROUP
    The conversion group gets involved in migrating plans from other recordkeeping platforms to our RD environment. The conversion group has responsibility for the plan until the plan goes “live” and is handed off to the Client Relationship Administrator.

  • BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT GROUP
    Charged with sales & marketing responsibilities for the growth of RD.
